This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is accessed either by a stairwell or lift and can comfortably accommodate four people. The principal bedroom has an ensuite marble bathroom (with overhead shower) and opens onto a delightful, planted terrace at the rear of the property ideal for outdoor dining. The equally quiet, second bedroom (which has a single bed that can convert to a double) has a huge window and so enjoys plenty of light. The non-smoking apartment which has air-conditioning in the living room has a marble shower room off the hallway and a fully equipped, galley kitchen, complete with a granite worktop and two Miele ovens.

An impressive feature of the property is a large, high ceiling living room with cornicing and two chandeliers. Three sets of French doors open onto a pretty, wrought-iron balcony overlooking trees and the handsome facades of the surrounding period buildings.
