INTERLET's lettings department works proactively to ensure that we find the best quality tenants and achieve the best possible rents and terms for our landlords, but at the same time, we are careful to do everything in our power to protect our landlords' investments and our tenants' well-being through our stringent lettings and compliance processes.

INTERLET is regulated by The Association of Residential Letting Agent (ARLA), the UK'S foremost professional body for letting agents. We regularly keep up to date with the changing regulations and comply with professional standards of the nationally recognised professional body for letting agents. We ensure that we provide all the guidance and advice necessary for keeping both landlords and tenants protected.

INTERLET is a member of the Property Ombudsman, the UK Association of Letting Agents, and operates Client Money Protection Schemes giving peace of mind to all clients. We are also members of the MyDeposits scheme – protecting every deposit held by us.

We believe in building long term relationships by being clear, helpful and honest. We have managed to retain 95% of our landlords over two decades. In a competitive London real estate market, we at INTERLET work harder and keep ourselves constantly up to date with the changing regulations to service both landlords and tenants. This is why our bespoke service to landlords even includes legal support, to reduce risk from increasingly strict regulations and ever-changing legislation.
