Many of the traditional Edwardian features of the property remain with traditional mouldings and archways throughout.

Neighbourhood
Situated just four minutes’ walk from Maida Vale Tube Station, you can access the Bakerloo Line, allowing easy and quick access to London’s famous streets and landmarks. Discover Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, Westminster Abbey and Harrod’s, and many more of London’s attractions, making your trip one to remember.

For great British tradition try these awesome old London pubs: The Elgin, The Warrington or The Clifton. The Clifton has a mean Sunday roast lunch that shouldn’t be missed. The Elgin does great brunches.

For a special meal, book at The Summer House, which is on an old houseboat on the canal and has some of London’s best fish!

The Waterway is great for a fun lunch or dinner with drinks right on the canal in Little Venice.

My favourite cool local hidden gem is Formosa Street. There is a cute French bistro, a tapas bar and an Italian restaurant.

For a fun weekend activity, go down to nearby Notting Hill and Portobello to explore the markets and great shopping!

And please don’t forget the amazing parks in London. We’re right on Paddington Recreation Ground which is always buzzing with runners, dog walking, kids playing in the parks and athletes practicing on the track. Regent’s and Hyde Park are in walking distance and completely gorgeous in all seasons.
