  • Never part with any monies directly to a landlord without obtaining a proper receipt for payment
  • Never move in without a proper signed tenancy agreement

  • Don't enter into any long-term agreement if you are unable to fulfil the term of the tenancy

  • Do not breach any of the covenants in your contract

  • 1 Bedroom Flat : This is a self contained flat with your own separate bedroom, own bathroom , kitchen and lounge room.

  • 2 Bedroom Flat : This is a self contained flat with 2 bedrooms, own kitchen, bathroom and lounge.

  • 3 bedroom flat : This is a self contained flat with 3 bedrooms, own kitchen, bathroom and lounge.

  • 4 Bedroom Flat : This is a self contained flat with 4 bedrooms, own kitchen, bathroom and lounge.
