Interlet essentially consists of two departments. Our Interlet International lettings team specialises in the letting of residential properties in Central London from £350pw, while our professional relocation consultants conduct bespoke property searches and offer affordable accommodation in the most popular areas of London from £80.
Our relocation department is able to achieve this because we don't charge landlords any commission, and in return they keep rents low for us. Landlords with extensive portfolios reduce their rents on smaller properties, which in some cases have resulted in savings of up to 25 per cent for the client.
In exchange for our service, we charge a nominal one-off fee that entitles you to view unlimited properties for up to four months, or until you find the right place. Once you sign up for a membership with interlet, our dedicated consultants will source and contact landlords on your behalf and make appointments for you to view properties on the days you are available, leaving you free to deal with other matters. All that is required from you is to inform our team of your availability and we will take care of the rest, forwarding your appointments onto you via phone, e-mail or txt message.
In addition to booking your appointments, our consultants can offer you advice on what to look for in which areas, as well as what to expect for your budget. You are welcome to book a free non-obligation consultation with one of our relocation consultants. To do so please call 0207 795 65 25.
Unlike letting and estates agencies, once you've been accommodated, there are no further fees to pay to us, such as credit search fees, referencing fees, checking-in and checking-out charges or any other fees whatsoever payable to the relocation department. You will sign the contract directly with the landlord, and your rent and deposit are paid directly to the landlord.

What makes you any different to an estate agency?
Our service is entirely different to that of an estate agency. Unlike estate agencies, once you've been accommodated, there are absolutely no further fees payable to us. Your rent and deposit are paid directly to the landlord. Furthermore, we do not charge any commission on top of your rent, which helps keeps our properties so affordable. An estate agency charges anywhere between 10% and 20% on top of what the landlord receives every single month! Landlords often don't want to pay management fees and letting commission to estate agencies, and this is why they are so eager to add their properties to our database.
What do I get for my money? Why do I have to pay before I can view properties?
The fee covers you for the four-month appointment service that interlet offers, as well as for the time and assistance that you receive from our dedicated staff members. We charge this in advance because you needn't return to interlet once you've been accommodated; you deal with the landlord directly and pay the landlord directly.
Which areas do you cover?
We specialise in the letting of properties in prime Central London areas such as Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, South Kensington, West Kensington, Mayfair, Bayswater, Queensway, Paddington, Baker Street, Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, Chiswick, Acton, Fulham, Putney, Camden, Islington, Hampstead, Pimlico, Vauxhall, Stockwell and Clapham.
How soon will I find a property after registering?
How quickly you find something is really dependent on what you like and what you need. It also depends on your availablity to attend appointments. The majority of our properties are available immediately. It is entirely possible to move in on the same day you view a property depending on what the landlord requires (eg. references, proof of income, etc).
Why are your properties so cheap?
We're able to find the most affordable properties in Central/West London because we don't charge landlords any commission at all, and in return they keep rents low for us. Landlords with extensive portfolios heavily reduce their rents on smaller properties, which in some cases have resulted in savings of up to 25 per cent for the client.
How many appointments do I get? When can I view properties?
As a member of interlet, you are allowed an unlimited amount of appointments for up to four months. Different landlords will view at different times depending on their own schedules, but it is possible to view properties on weekdays, evenings and on weekends.
Do you have pictures?
Other than the pictures displayed on our website, we normally do not have access to additional property pictures. Due to the incredible pace at which properties appear and disappear in the London market, landlords often see no need to send us pictures.
What kind of accommodation can I hope for?
London is a very expensive city and the property market, particularly in Zones 1 and 2, is highly competitive. London is rated the third most expensive city in the world and you will not get the same value for money in London that you get in many other countries and major cities. In London, £100 will get you only get you a single bedsit or a flatshare. When looking for accommodation in central London (Zones 1 and 2) you will need to be realistic with your expectations about what you can find in your price range. If you look in Zones 3 to 6, you will generally find more affordable accomodation, as the demand is not so high.
Do you cater to clients who don't speak English?
We always have multilingual consultants in our employment who can speak French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Russian and more (in addition to English).
