1 Decide on the type of accommodation you want. Whether it’s a studio flat, a two bedroom apartment or a houseshare, you have a choice.
2 Set a budget on how much you want to spend on your accommodation and where you want to live.
3 Be ready to move quickly. Have your deposit ready usually 4-6 weeks in rent.
4 Be prepared to pay upfront. At Interlet no references are necessary when students pay upfront for six months but having a guarantor is required if you are unable to pay six months upfront.
