We undertake all litigation on behalf of Landlords arising out of any property dispute including all matters arising out of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy or Assured Tenancy Agreement for example a possession action for arrears of rent. We advise and act for Landlords direct or through their Managing Agents on property situated throughout England and Wales.
We offer a service for obtaining possession and will obtain a warrant for possession of residential property for a capped fee of £500, court fees are additional. Possession of a property is often obtained without going through all the steps and the fee will be adjusted accordingly.
