- Interlet acts as an introductory agency only, introducing prospective tenants to landlords, landlord’s agents or their representative
- The prospective tenant is solely responsible for all agreements, contractual obligations and exchange of monies between him/ herself and the landlord. interlet excludes any liability and will not take any responsibility in the event that any dispute arises between the landlord and tenant.
- Any information regarding recommended properties, including visuals, reports, and other information, are given in good faith by interlet, are for guidance only, and should not be construed as forming any part of a contract, which may relate to the letting of any property.
- interlet recommends that all prospective tenants, should satisfy themselves, as to the accuracy of any details provided to them by us. Interlet do not accept any liability for the views, or the content of any report provided by a third party, in connection with any property.
- The fee is payable on acceptance of our Terms & Conditions prior to any work commencing. This fee will provide you with professional representation and services within the rental market for a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the Fee. In the event that you decide not to move or take up an accommodation this fee is non refundable.
- All properties were available at the time of publishing them on our webpage. Although our site is updated regularly it is not updated on a daily basis.
- Contracts are non transferable.
